This website presents Pendo Merchandise products, services and indicative pricing and provides a tool for preparing quote requests. It is not, by itself, a binding offer or completed sales contract.

Catalogue prices are guide prices unless expressly confirmed in a formal quotation. Final pricing may depend on quantity, material, size, branding method, artwork, customisation, delivery, taxes and supplier availability. Products, specifications and prices may change.

3. Orders and quotations

The website can generate an invoice-style quotation PDF marked PENDING. That document is a request/proforma only and is not a tax invoice or confirmation of an order. An order should be treated as accepted only after Pendo Merchandise confirms the applicable quotation, specifications, payment terms and production requirements through an authorised business channel.

4. Artwork and branding

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, names or other materials you provide for branding. Colours and positioning shown in digital previews may vary slightly from finished physical products.

5. Production and delivery

Production and delivery timelines should be confirmed for each order. Delays can arise from artwork approval, stock availability, production complexity, logistics or events outside reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property

Pendo Merchandise branding, website design, text and original visual assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, circumvent security measures, access administrative areas without authorisation, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
