How this website handles information when you browse products or prepare a quote request.

This privacy policy applies to the Pendo Merchandise website at pendo.tidalflow.co.ke. It is written for the current static version of the website.
1. Information you provide
The quote page can ask for your name, organisation, phone number, email address, selected products, quantities and project notes. In the current static website, this information is processed in your browser to prepare a quote-request message. The website does not automatically transmit the completed quote form to a server; information is shared externally only when you actively choose an action such as opening the prepared request in WhatsApp.
2. Quote list storage
When you add products to your quote list, the website may store that list in your browser using local storage so it is available when you move between the Shop and Quote pages. You can remove items from the quote page or clear your browser site data.
3. Technical data
Your web host may process standard technical information needed to serve the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. Hosting-provider handling is governed by the provider's own terms and configuration.
4. Third-party resources
The current website does not require external animation or 3D libraries for its core interface. When you choose to share a quotation through WhatsApp, your browser opens WhatsApp using the prepared message and WhatsApp then processes that interaction under its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Cookies
The current site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, advertising, chat, payment or account services are added later, this policy should be updated before those services are enabled.
6. Security
No website can guarantee absolute security. Pendo Merchandise should use HTTPS and appropriate hosting security controls when the site is deployed.
7. Your choices
You can avoid using the quote form, clear the locally stored quote list through your browser, or contact Pendo Merchandise through the official channels published by the business when available.
